This is a free digital poetry zine, a content warning that these poems are about a relationship that included gaslighting, bullying, and also allude to self harm.

The zine is free, but if you want to make a donation I will passing all money on to Black Rainbow, and I'll match whatever money the zine makes.

I learned the term white-anting from my psychiatrist and haven’t really been able to let it go. It’s the idea of emotional erosion from the inside, using your trust to cause damage you won’t see until much later, until it’s too late. Everyone we love has this potential, gets inside of us in a way where they could cause that harm, but who chooses to bite, who does it and doesn’t even notice.

The poems in this zine reflect on those ideas as I try to wrangle a question I imagine will be on my mind for a long time - is it possibly true that someone who does so much damage, and gives you away on a whim, could ever really have loved you?
